Challenging your triceps with a different routine will help you get Obama-like muscle definition. This exercise works all three parts of the triceps, and "targets even the smallest muscles so you can truly achieve tight, defined arms," says Daniela Nahas, co-founder of Best Body Bootcamp, and our guide to buff arms.
It may be tough to keep your arms close to your head, but that's what makes this move effective, she warns.
Overhead tricep extensions
1. Stand tall, holding a dumbbell in your right hand. Extend your right arm straight up, keeping your elbow close to your ear.
2. Slowly bend your elbow, lowering the dumbbell behind your head. Make sure your elbow doesn't flare out.
3. Straighten the arm back up.
4. Repeat 14 times, then do it with your left arm. That's one set. Do three.
