The video Pfizer doesn't want you to see
December 16, 2009
Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has asked a judge to order that a video be removed from YouTube, saying it could prejudice juries in upcoming court cases.
The video was made by the law firm behind a $78 million settlement achieved when a Philadelphia court found Pfizer division, Wyeth, failed to warn women that its hormone replacement therapy Prempro could cause breast cancer.
The company is currently embroiled in allegations of ghostwriting.
