Man wanted in parental abduction investigation after taking 3-year-old son outside Canada, police said

Toronto police say the man flew to Vietnam with his 3-year-old child on Feb. 7. The two of them were scheduled to return to Canada on Feb. 15 but have not returned yet.

Toronto police say that the child has been withheld from his mother since February.


A 41-year-old man is wanted for taking his toddler out of the country and not returning with him when planned, according to Toronto police. 

Investigators say the man flew to Vietnam with his three-year-old child on Feb. 7. The two of them were scheduled to return to Canada on Feb. 15 but have not yet returned. Police added that the child has been withheld from his mother since that time.
